Blips and Other Info (2019)
Materials: wallpaper, wood, kickstand, concrete cast, single-channel HD video loop, bent plexiglass, light chain, ‘silly’ straws | Dimensions: 500 square foot space
Process: The work initially grew out of a response to the space – the rough floor and its tin patches, the flourescent lights, the skylight, the white walls and black columns, the proportions. This was overlapped with playful and critical interpretations of representations of digital data like bar graphs or line graphs. Empty Gallery (Victoria)
